Tridoshas and sub types [2 – 3 hours] Vata, Pitta and Kapha body types.
Malas and dhatus [1hour]Concepts of agni and digestion [1 hour]Srotas, marmas the vital points [1 hour]

Charyas [health related]Optimum health [1 hours]Daily regimen [1 hour ] Dincharya
Seasonal regimen [1 hour ] Ritucharya
Ethics of society [1 hour ] Social behavior
Sadvrit and yoga [2 hours]

Herbs and minerals
Properties [1 hour]Methods of preparation of medicines [1 hour]

Types of presentation of medicine in Ayurveda [ 1 – 2 hour ]Popularly used herbs and their actions.[ 2 hours]

Types of diseases and their pathology
Causes, symptoms, predormal signs, the stages, and manifestations.[3 hours]

Clinical
Methods of diagnosis [1 hour]History taking [1hour]Diet and anupaan [1 hour]Discussion of cases [2 hours]

Panchkarma and keraliya therapies theory 2 hours.
Practicals
all keraliya and ayurvedic therapies[ approx 8-9 total ]abhyangam, shiroabhyangam, shirodhara, kati basti, hriday- uru basti, janu basti, patrapinda swednam,
baluka- jamibra swednam, netra tarpnam, thalpothichhill, nasaym, mukhlepam, udhawrtnam etc.

[each session goes for aprox 3 hours or more according to need of practice]

Information and instruction.

All together approximate 30 hours theory and 18 or more hours practicals. We provide all lecture print
outs rough pages to make notes, pen and refreshment during class. You need not to bring any thing. If
there is request for repeating any topic and requirement of more details on any topic we try to provide

with in this fee structure with no extra charges. If any student want to attend clinic for more hours than
prescribed time, they are most welcome to do so. Last day of the course we organize lunch and get
together.
This is a certificate course. We provide certificate after completion and there will be written theory
exam and practical too.
